Registrácia žiadateľa

Each applicant registers in the system only once, using their e-mail address for identification purposes.

Your e-mail address serves as:

  1. your identifier for signing in to the system; this e-mail address has to be unique; it is not possible to register it in the system more than once
  2. the address where you will receive e-mails related to your registered applications; these notifications will also be sent to the Contact person’s e-mail addresses listed in the individual application forms

Právna forma Vyberte si požadovanú právnu formu kliknutím do riadku v zozname právnych foriem:
(Ak sa registrujete s cieľom podať si žiadosť o zápis do evidencie profesionálnych umelcov alebo iných profesionálov v kultúre, potom si vyberte právnu formu fyzická osoba - jednotlivec!
